The room (15 sq. m) has a light laminate floor, white walls, and large windows. It's on the ground floor and overlooks the street. I bought all the furniture new and cannot take it with me to my next place so this room will come furnished with the following and I am asking for a total furniture cost of €650. Everything was purchased new just last year and I have receipts showing that I spent over €1700 in total. The furniture I will leave behind includes:
-Bedframe (140 x 200) (€179)
-Mattress (€300)
-Green Schlafsofa (€320)
-Wardrobe (€299)
-Kallax shelves (€110)
-Tan side table (€15)
-Night stand table (€80)
-Desk (€149)
-Chair (€20)
-Drying Rack (€25)
-Bed comforter and sheets (€70)
-Table light (€20)
-String lights (€30)
-Samsung Monitor (€130)
The apartment is located in a street with little traffic in the popular Kreuzviertel district. You can reach the city center in just a few minutes by bike. With the nearby bus stops "Kanalstraße" and "Pumpenhaus/Lublinring", the nearest bus is also not far away. The nearest Edeka supermarket is just a few hundred meters away and the nearest Rewe supermarket is also within easy reach. Just a little further on is the York-Center with its numerous shopping facilities, including LIDL and DM, not far from another Rewe and an ALDI.
You would be living together with Jasper and Hasnain. Jasper is currently a PhD student and she enjoys cooking tasty indian for others and Hasnain is working from home for his own start-up company but previously worked as a software engineer in Münster. Jasper is currently learning German and Hasnain can speak German fluently. We are looking for people within the age 27 and up and would prefer someone who is a working professional
The shared flat has its own cellar compartment. There are also bicycle parking spaces in the basement.
All three tenants are part of the rental agreement. The amount includes all utilities, including internet and the broadcasting fee. As the internet contract (with Vodafone, 45 euros per month) currently runs through me, so you would have to take over this contract. The amount is then of course divided by three and offset (and is already part of the total amount at 15 euros).
The deposit is 533 euros. You would transfer this to me and the current total deposit would remain with the landlord.
Some shared equipment would also have to be taken over: We bought a new washing machine, a kitchen table, a microwave, decorative items and shelves and a vacuum cleaner together as a WG. I paid €200 when I moved in last year and would want €150 returned.
So all in all, the costs can be summarized:
€650 one time cost for all furniture listed
€150 one time cost for shared WG equipment
€533 one time transfer of deposit for the room
€326.10 monthly cost [(€304.98) rent + internet (€15) + broadcasting fee (€6.12)]
