Da ich Ende des Jahres ein Auslandsjahr mache, werde ich für dieses Jahr mein Zimmer vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist für Wg Verhältnisse relativ groß und Licht durchflutet. Die Möbel werden im Zimmer bleiben also brauchst du keine mitbringen. Der Kleiderschrank, die Kommode und auch der Bettkasten bieten viel Stauraum. An dem Schminktisch kannst du dich jederzeit gemütlich fertig machen. Auch wenn du mal Gäste hast können diese auf der Couch schlafen, die man ganz leicht ausziehen kann.
Die angezeigte Miete ist mit Nebenkosten.

Since I'm going abroad for a year at the end of the year, I'm going to rent my room for this year.
The room is relatively large for a shared apartment and is flooded with light. The furniture will stay in the room, so you don't need to bring any with you. The wardrobe, the dresser and the bed box offer plenty of storage space. You can get ready comfortably at the dressing table at any time. Even if you have guests, they can sleep on the couch, which can be easily pulled out.
The rent shown includes additional costs.
Das Haus liegt direkt zwischen Promenade und Bahnhof- eine bessere Anbindung gibt es nicht;)
Ob zu Fuß in die Stadt (12min) oder zum Aasee (17min), Hafen (13min)
Mit dem Fahrrad bist du natürlich noch schneller.
Einkaufen lässt sich quasi direkt vor der Haustüre im Rewe 2 min entfernt. Für dein Fahrrad haben wir einen kleinen Hinterhof.

Of course you can get there even faster by bike.
You can shop groceries practically right on the doorstep at Rewe, 2 minutes away.
Zur Zeit leben in der Wg Marie und Nils (Studenten).
Unsere Wg ist keine Zweck-Wg und wir legen Wert auf ein gutes Gemeinschaftsgefühl. In der gemeinsamen Küche und Wohnbereich kann und wird auch gerne gequatscht. Natürlich sollte das Zusammenleben harmonisch ablaufen.
Marie and Nils (students) currently live in the shared flat.
Our flat is not a functional flat and we value a good sense of community. People can and do chat in the shared kitchen and living area. Of course, living together should be harmonious.
