In our WG a nice, cozy room is free.
The room is 15 sqm, well cut and equipped with a beautiful parquet floor.

In addition to the room we have a small living room, two super beautiful bathrooms, a top equipped kitchen and a large hallway.

There are only two parties in our house, otherwise there are two firms and two retail stores.

You can't do it. From the room you can even see the basic market. Most university buildings can be reached on foot, the train station in 10 minutes walk or in 4 minutes by bus (top 1 minute). The old town can also be reached on foot and the aasee and everything else can be reached in no time!

We are a very harmonious community! We often meet in the kitchen for cooking or chatting. We like to keep up to date and have a friendly relationship with each other. Nevertheless, everyone is very tense by his advanced studies and generally likes to travel a lot, so that the apartment is often also a quiet retreat.

You live together with Anna (26, Master Educational Sciences), Lasse (24, Jura) and Hilke (24, Teachers' Master). Let's probably just stay around. Two months since he's in the last stages of his studies.

Rental starts from 01.02.!
The rental price includes all additional costs such as Wi-Fi and GEZ.

The discount payment iHv 560€ is for kitchen (including dishwasher) fridge and washing machine.

In addition, bed, wardrobe and blinds stay in the room for 200€.
