😊 From the summer semester 2025 I go to Marseille for my Erasmus semester and rent my beautiful 17 m2 room in our 2nd WG in the Kreuzviertel. The period of the sub-rent is from 10 February to 31 July 2025 for 800 € per month (including all costs). If necessary, I can be flexible with regard to the intake and withdrawal date. A deposit of €1,600 (2 rents) is required, which you will receive when returning the room.
The apartment is cozy and well equipped. You'd live with Jan (26, medical student). The room is furnished, but adjustments are of course possible. If you are interested, please contact us with some information about you!

Apartment is located in the Kreuzviertel, right at the Schlosstheater, close to the York Center and at the Promenade. Ideal to go to university or downtown! The location is very quiet through the 30s zone. Right next to the apartment is a children playground with table tennis. Thus, the whole environment is very family and welcoming.

You would live with Jan (26). Jan studies medicine in the 8th semester, likes playing basketball, doing a lot of sports and meeting with friends. Life in the WG is really relaxed. You'd be happy to eat in the evening, watch a movie or talk about the day. We change with cleaning every week, which works very well.

I'm flexible about time and furniture. So if you want to have pieces of furniture out, or if you want to move in or out sooner or later, please let me know. There is also a washing cellar where our WG has its own washing machine. You can either pack your bike in the basement or put it in the garden under the roof. The contract would run over me. Our landlord agrees and knows.
