IMPORTANT: Students registered in Münster can only live here, as they are rented via the Studierendenwerk.

The room is about 15 square meters and has two windows, making it very bright.

The apartment is located on the first floor and has a bathroom and a kitchen. There is also a cellar. Own WLAN is already included in the rental.

In order for my room to be taken over, a few furniture must be taken over (approximately 190€). These include desk, bookcase, wall shelves, sofa chair, wardrobe and curtains in the room, as well as shelves in kitchen and bathroom.

The position of the WG is unbeatable. In one minute you are at the aasee for jogging, walking or reading. The neighborhood in the house and around is relaxed. There are kiosks, bakers and restaurants on the Scharnhorststraße and Mensa am Aasee is also not far away. By bike you will drive 5 min to the city centre and 10 min to the main railway station and the port. Bus stops can also be found right outside the door.

It's a 2nd WG. You would live together with Anna (23, history and KuSa). She's a very thoughtful and humorous roommate. We are particularly happy to spend time in the kitchen, where we often chat with a relaxed chat – which always leads to fun and easy conversations.

We plan the WG visits on 16 and 17. January. We look forward to your message and a little presentation. 😊
