The apartment is located right next to the Leonardo campus. So ideal for architecture, design or art audios. To the faculties of science you need 5-10 minutes by bike.
Up to the city center you need about 10 minutes by bike (depending on how the traffic lights stand:D).
The York centre is right around the corner and offers everything you need with Lidl, Aldi, Pharmacy and dm.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben dem Leonardo-Campus. Für Architektur-, Design- oder Kunst-Studis also ideal. Zu den naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultäten braucht man mit dem Rad 5-10 Minuten.
Bis in die Innenstadt benötigt man ca. 10 min mit dem Rad (je nachdem wie die Ampeln stehen :D).
Das Yorkcenter ist direkt um die Ecke und bietet mit Lidl, Aldi, Apotheke und dm alles was man so braucht.

Your new roommates would be Jenny (25, PhD in Biology), Klara (23, 5th semester Bachelor in Sociology) and Lina (23rd semester Master, Teaching Office).
The three are super dear, uncomplicated and funny girls.
Jenny is usually diligent at the doctorate during the day. In her spare time she likes to walk and boulder or use her creative vein for painting. Klara is always on the axle and loves to discover the most beautiful coffees in Münster. They can also be enjoyed at the festival or in the old town. Lina is also very active and the joy of life in person. She is full of creative ideas and loves games together.
Despite full everyday life, we have always liked to cook in the kitchen or arrange for games and other joint ventures. Nonetheless, everyone likes to go back to his room when rest is needed. It is important to us that living together is not appropriate because our relationship in the WG was always very harmonious and friendly.
We are all very tidy and clean and would also like this from our new roommate.

Deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen wären Jenny (25, promoviert in Biologie), Klara (23, 5. Semester Bachelor in Soziologie) und Lina ( 23, 1. Semester Master, Lehramt).
Die drei sind super liebe, unkomplizierte und lustige Mädels.
Jenny ist tagsüber meistens fleißig am promovieren. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie gerne laufen und bouldern oder nutzt ihre kreative Ader fürs Malen. Klara ist immer auf Achse und liebt es die schönsten Kaffees in Münster zu entdecken. Hin und wieder trifft man sie auch beim feiern oder in der Altstadt an. Lina ist auch sehr aktiv und die Lebensfreude in Person. Sie ist voll kreativer Ideen und liebt gemeinsame Spieleabende.
Trotz vollem Alltag haben wir uns immer gerne zum Kochen in der Wohnküche getroffen oder für Spieleabende und andere gemeinsame Unternehmungen verabredet. Dennoch zieht sich natürlich jeder auch mal gerne in sein Zimmer zurück wenn Ruhe benötigt wird. Uns ist wichtig, dass das Zusammenleben nicht zweckmäßig wird, da unser Verhältnis in der WG immer sehr harmonisch und freundschaftlich war.
Wir sind alle sehr ordentlich und sauber und würden uns das auch von unserer neuen Mitbewohnerin wünschen.

The deposit is 2 monthly rents.
By agreement, I would like to leave a few furniture (bed, desk chair, curtains, small roll container) in the room for a small discount.
The apartment costs 285€ warm plus about 60€ for municipal works, internet and GEZ.
WG-Castings would probably take place during the next and next week in the late afternoon or evening.

Die Kaution beträgt 2 Monatsmieten.
Nach Vereinbarung würde ich gerne für einen kleinen Abschlag ein paar Möbel (Bett, Schreibtischstuhl, Vorhänge, kleiner Rollcontainer) im Zimmer lassen.
Die Wohnung kostet 285€ warm zuzüglich circa 60€ für Stadtwerke, Internet und GEZ.
WG-Castings würden wahrscheinlich im Laufe der nächsten und übernächsten Woche am späten Nachmittag oder abends stattfinden.
