WG room with beautiful view in the 7th Stock WG-Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick im 7. Stock

The WG is located in the centre in the immediate vicinity of the York Center. There is an ALDI, Lidl, Rewe, DM, Saturn and a pharmacy. The castle and the city are about 5-10 minutes by bike. The Leonardo Campus and the Coesfelder Kreuz are within 5 minutes by bike. The ring line stops right in front of the house. In front of the house there is also a volleyball field and some beautiful green areas, which in summer invite you to barbecue and drink together.

Die WG liegt im Zentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe zum York Center. Dort befindet sich u.a. ein ALDI, Lidl, Rewe, DM, ein Saturn sowie eine Apotheke. Zum Schloss und in die Stadt sind es mit dem Rad ca. 5-10 min. Der Leonardo Campus und das Coesfelder Kreuz sind in max. 5 min mit dem Rad erreichbar. Die Ringlinie hält direkt vor dem Haus. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es außerdem ein Volleyballfeld und einige schöne Grünflächen, welche im Sommer zum gemeinsamen Grillen und Schnacken einladen.

In the WG you will live with three great roommates:

Paula (22) studies Spanish and politics at the University of Münster in the 4th semester. In her free time she likes to do something with friends, go to the sport or also like to go to flea bars and in second hand shops. In addition, she has lived in South America for a long time.
Nicholas (20) studies BWL in the second semester and likes to travel around the world. No matter where you were, Nicholas was there once. He is also particularly interested in football and sports.
Pascal (22) also studies BWL in the 6th Semester and has just made his Erasmus in Athens. He does a lot with friends and he likes to go away in the evening, especially to go to techno dance.

In der WG wirst du mit drei tollen MitbewohnerInnen zusammen wohnen:

Paula (22) studiert an der Uni Münster Spanisch und Politik im 4. Semester. In ihrer Freizeit macht sie gerne was mit Freunden, geht zum Sport oder geht auch gerne mal auf Flohmaerkte und in Secondhandläden. Ausserdem hat sie schonmal für längere Zeit in Südamerika gewohnt.
Nicholas (20) studiert BWL im 2. Semester und reist gerne um die Welt. Egal wo du warst, Nicholas war auch schonmal dort. Ausserdem interessiert er sich vor allem für Fussball und Sport.
Pascal (22) studiert auch BWL im 6. Semester und hat gerade sein Erasmus in Athen gemacht. Er macht viel mit Freunden und geht gerne mal abends weg, vor allem um techno tanzen zu gehen.

The living together is very relaxed. Whether it's cooking, playing, quitting or celebrating, everyone gets involved as far as he has time and desire. We imagine a good life of the WG in such a way that every roommate is happy to come "home" at any time, you can hang out chilly together (even in the summer outside on the green areas) and also friends like to come by.

It is important to us that our future roommate is in company, has a basic understanding of cleanliness and takes account of her roommates.

Das Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt. Ob beim Kochen, Spielen, Quatschen oder Feiern, jeder bringt sich ein, soweit er Zeit und Lust hat. Ein gutes WG-Leben stellen wir uns so vor, dass jede(r) Mitbewohner(in) sich jederzeit freut "nach Hause" zu kommen, man chillig zusammen abhängen kann (auch gerne im Sommer draußen auf den Grünflächen) und auch Freunde gerne vorbeischauen.

Uns ist wichtig, dass unsere zukünftige Mitbewohnerin gerne in Gesellschaft ist, ein Grundverständnis für Sauberkeit hat und Rücksicht auf ihre Mitbewohner nimmt.
