In the room is already a bed frame of the landlady (140cm). I just bought the mattress four weeks ago. It's a really good orthopaedic mattress and I always have a mattress protection on it. I would like to leave these for a small cut. The desk and the shelf in the wardrobe should also be happy to stay there for a small discount. That would be 150 €.

Also das Zimmer ist 17cm^ groß und hat zusätzlich noch einen kleinen extra Raum, der als begehbarer Kleiderschrank genutzt werden kann (dess ist wirklich super praktisch). Des Zimmer ist schön hell und bietet aufjedenfall genügend Platz für al deine Sachen!!
Im Zimmer befindet sich bereits ein Bettgestell der Vermieterin(140cm). Die Matratze habe ich vor 4 Wochen erst neu gekauft. Es handelt sich um eine echt gute ortopädische Matratze und Ich habe immer einen Matratzen Schutz drauf. Ich würde diese jetzt allerdings doch gerne gegen einen kleinen abschlag da lassen. Der Schreibtisch sowie das regal im Kleiderschrank sollte ebenfalls gerne gegen einen kleinen abschlag da bleiben. Insgesamt wären das 150€.

Wir sind eine Studenten WG und definitiv keine Zweck WG. wir legen viel Wert auf ein gutes Miteinander. Bei uns gibt es zwar keinen putzplan, allerdings funktioniert das bisher auch alles so super! Grundsätzlich ist das Oberst Gebot: Rücksichtnahme und Kommunikation.

Caro (studiert ebenfalls Jura und ist ansonsten sehr viel im Training. Sie Fährt kanu und geht gerne laufen)
