A warm WG sought new roommate :)) Herzliche WG suchte neue Mitbewohnerin :))

The WG is centrally located on the old town and opposite the promenade, so everything can be reached on foot or by bike. The bus stop Münzstraße is right in front of the door, there all 10 min buses drive towards railway station etc. To the next Rewe it is just a few minutes walk, the York Center is reachable in about 5 minutes by bike and in the city center you are also in 10 minutes walk. It is also not far to the ULB and other university buildings. The proximity to Jüdefelder Straße :)

Die WG liegt super zentral direkt an Altstadt und gegenüber gehts sofort auf die Promenade, sodass alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad super zu erreichen ist. Die Bushaltestelle Münzstraße ist direkt vor der Tür, dort fahren alle 10 min Busse Richtung Bahnhof etc. Zum nächsten Rewe sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten, das York-Center ist in ca. 5 min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen und in der Innenstadt bist du auch in 10 min zu Fuß. Zur ULB und anderen Uni-Gebäuden ist es auch nicht weit. Ganz praktisch ist natürlich auch die Nähe zur Jüdefelder Straße :)

The WG life with us is very harmonious as we have a friendly relationship :) We also like to deny something if it allows time. In addition to the 3 rooms there is a spacious hallway, a modern kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom.

You live with Pauline & Leandra. Pauline is 21 and studies communication sciences. Leandra is 23 and studies in the 2 semester (Master) International Business.


It is definitely not a purpose WG! Trash or cooking evenings, café visits or aasee walks are often on the program 😊
Of course, everyone likes to rest and can retreat in the room.

Das WG-Leben bei uns ist sehr harmonisch, da wir eher ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis haben :) Demnach unternehnen wir auch gerne was zusammen, wenn es die Zeit zulässt. Neben den 3 Zimmern gibt es einen geräumigen Flur, eine moderne Küche und ein frisch renoviertes Bad.

Du wohnst zusammen mit Pauline & Leandra. Pauline ist 21 und studiert Kommunikationswissenschaften. Leandra ist 23 und studiert im 2 Semester (Master) International Business.


Es ist auf jeden Fall keine Zweck-WG! Trash- oder Koch-Abende, Café-Besuche oder Aasee-Spaziergänge stehen oft auf dem Programm 😊
Natürlich hat auch jeder mal gerne seine Ruhe und kann sich im Zimmer zurückziehen.

The rent consists of 467€ rent incl. Heating costs and 46€ for electricity and WLAN. All in 513€. The deposit is 500€. Every 3 months GEZ will be added.

Since we have built the kitchen itself & have made some purchases for the household, a cut will be required:) I'm going to extend my furniture for the most part.

Da wir die Küche selbst eingebaut haben & einige Anschaffungen für den Haushalt gemacht haben, wird noch ein Abschlag erforderlich sein :) Meine Möbel werde ich größtenteils mitnehnen.
