Hello all together 🌻
as I go abroad for the summer semester, I would like to rent my room for this time. Maybe that's a good start-up for someone to find a place in the competitive housing market :))
Probably the room will remain free even longer - rather until the end of July; but this is still unclear.
The room is 14sqm tall, well cut, very bright thanks to the large windows (including views of the sunset 🌅). I would leave the furniture for the time and clear the dresser so that you can store your stuff in it 😊
The nearest bus stop is 3min walk away and there is a Rewe, Lidl and Hit market nearby.
Besides, the apartment is not far from the quiet part of the aasee 🦦
We live in a 3rd WG and you would live together with my dear roommates Mark and Nicholas. Both are very nice and thoughtful in living together. Open communication and respectful handling are very important to us!
Mark (29) has started a master in social work in the winter semester and has a head in it. He is a very open person with whom you can talk about God and the world, so you can talk well and like to spend hours in the kitchen
Nicholas (24) studies law and is currently in his exam preparation. As a compensation, he likes to drive racing bike and can also be thrilled for all kinds of sports. He is interested in politics and business and always keeps us up to date 😊
Nice plus: we have a balcony that goes off from the kitchen, which is perfect for the warm summer days! ☀️
We also have parking spaces in the courtyard and a cellar where you could store your bike, for example, to protect it from the rain of the münsteran. The cellar also has our washing machine :)
The deposit would be 200€.
