Since we win a bit with the rooms around, Lousias' room is free. The room is about 10sqm large with beautiful laminate floor. Es hat ein Fenster in Südausrichtung und ist das leiseste der 3 Zimmer in der WG:) Wir haben immer 2 Hauptmieter in der WG und da ich als Mithaupieterin ausziehe würdest Du dann Hauptmieterin werden. Das hat aber keine groß anderen Pflichten, außer, dass die Vermietung eine Elternbürgschaft und Schufa Auskunft braucht:)
