Hey together,
from 01.04.25 my room will be free in a 2-time WG in the student residence Scherweg. The basic requirement is that you are registered * r student * in!

The apartment has a total of 52 m2 with a kitchen (including oven and induction stove) and a bathroom. The two 18 qm2 rooms are on the sides (see floor plan). Washing machines and dryers are available on the ground floor in the washbar. The home also offers a bicycle cellar and a kiosk for small errands. The rent includes all additional costs (including internet). A parking lot for your car can be rented for 10 €per month.
If necessary, you could take over my bed (shirt bed of Ikea, 140 x 200 cm), the wardrobe (200x60x236 cm) and the small sofa bed (see pictures), but is not a must.
The second room in this WG is expected to be free at 01.05.25, so if you already have a look at someone you want to move in with, the better!

ab dem 01.04.25 wird mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG im Studentenwohnheim Gescherweg frei. Grundvoraussetzung ist, dass du eingeschriebene*r Student*in bist!

Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 52 qm2 mit einer Küche (inklusive Backofen und Induktionsherd) und einem Bad. Die zwei 18 qm2-Zimmer sind an den Seiten (s. Grundriss). Waschmaschinen und Trockner stehen im Erdgeschoss in der Waschbar zur Verfügung. Außerdem bietet das Wohnheim einen Fahrradkeller und einen Kiosk für kleine Besorgungen. In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten (inklusive Internet) enthalten. Einen Parkplatz für sein Auto kann man für 10€ im Monat dazu mieten.
Bei Bedarf könntest du mein Bett (Hemnes-Bett von Ikea, 140 x 200 cm), den Kleiderschrank (200x60x236 cm) und die kleine Schlafcouch übernehmen (s. Bilder), ist aber kein Muss.
Das zweite Zimmer in dieser WG wird voraussichtlich zum 01.05.25 frei, wenn du also schon jemanden im Blick hast, mit dem du gerne zusammenziehen möchtest, umso besser! 😊
