In February we will have a room free!
The room is about 16m ², has a rectangular cut and has a window front to the front of the building.
It has laminate floor and is delivered with a wardrobe and ikearegal for 70 €. The room is very bright through the window front.
The remaining WG consists of the other two rooms, kitchen, bathroom, hallway and a small balcony that you can reach through another room.
We also have some space in the basement and a backyard for bicycles.

Im Februar wird bei uns ein Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16m² groß, rechteckig geschnitten und hat eine Fensterfront zur Vorderseite des Gebäudes raus.
Es verfügt über Laminatboden und wird mit einem Kleiderschrank und Ikearegal für 70€ abgegeben. Durch die Fensterfront ist das Zimmer sehr schön hell.
Die restliche WG besteht aus den beiden anderen Zimmern, Küche, Bad, Flur und einem kleinen Balkon auf den man durch ein anderes Zimmer gelangt.
Außerdem haben wir noch etwas Stellfläche im Keller und einen Hinterhof für Fahrräder.
Die Küche sieht mittlerweile anders aus, blau gestrichen mit geschriebenen Zitaten drauf :) sieht super toll aus, ich war nur zu faul, ein neues Foto zu machen 😅

Zum Schloss und in die Innenstadt muss man ca. 14 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad fahren, spart sich dafür aber den Gang ins Gym :) Leo-Campus und das Unisport-Zentrum sind dafür nur 2km entfernt.
Lidl und Rewe liegen um die Ecke in Gievenbeck-City und vor der Haustür ist ein kleiner Park, in dem man den Sommer mit Grillen und einem Bierchen genießen kann.

Darüber hinaus kannst Du auch gerne Abende mit deinen eigenen Freunden hier verbringen, das Leben hier kann von dir also gerne kreativ mitgestaltet werden! Wir waren immer viel unterwegs, haben gemeinsam gestrichen oder saßen einfach so bei ein paar (vielen) Bier zusammen. Du musst aber kein Bier mögen, ist schon in Ordnung☀️
