From 01.03.25 to 30.04.25 a Wg room is available in our beautiful apartment for rent. It is a light-flooded and quiet 10sqm room. Thanks to the square cut and the high bed (1,40×2m), there is still more space. The wooden floor can be found in almost the entire apartment. The small but fine bathroom has been freshly renovated last year. Place for your bike can be found in the basement or in front of the house. The dishwasher and washing machine are provided in the basement.

Almost directly on the Wolbeckerstraße there is everything the heart desires. The canal is only 3 minutes walk, Hansaring and Port are also not far away. The bus stop is not half a minute away and by bike it is hardly 10 minutes to the city centre. Despite the central location, it is very quiet in the side street to the Wolbecker.

For the two months, you would live with Saba (Sociology/Economics) and Amelie (Childness Education) who are both super dear mistresses. Despite the full day-to-day life, there is always a time together, even if only briefly on a coffee in our cozy kitchen. Also visit is always liked. A friendly, open and thoughtful relationship is important to us. The best way to get to know each other directly and see if it fits!

The Wg room will be fully furnished so that nothing else is needed. Precise agreements, if something else should be removed/replaced, are not a problem. A deposit of 100€ will be returned at the end of time when everything has worked.
