Nice cozy room, partly furnished with two Ikea clothes and clothes rack that can be used. Otherwise the room will be rented empty. The room has about 13sqm. The apartment also offers plenty of space with 88sqm and 2 seperate bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room! Parking is good to find in the neighborhood, even easier with a residential parking card. Dishwasher and washing machine are available. A bicycle can be accommodated in the bicycle shed.
The central location on Wolbecker Straße is unbeatable. 5 minutes walk to the main railway station, a maximum of 10 minutes walk to the city, to the canal or to the port. Wolbecker Straße also offers various shopping facilities, bakers, pharmacies, DM and many cafés and small restaurants.
Since my friend is doing an internship in Hamburg for half a year, I am looking for a roommate for the period from March to September. I myself have studied apprenticeship and I have just started in the Ref, so I would be happy if we were to establish a working WG for the period together :) but is not a must!
I used to live with friends for a long time before. To me, I'm going to dance twice a week, go to the café or meet with friends.
I'm looking for a quiet*n roommate who might be working or studying himself and looking for a relaxed WG life.
