The location is perfect in terms of living the apartment is located at the main street of Hansaring, port center is 5 mins of walk away where you can find "Penny, Aldi, Edeka and Dm" all at one place.

More if you walk 5mins more you'll be direct at the city port and its really beautiful and full of good vibes, restaurants and bars essential in Summers

On the main street you will find alot of Cafe's where you can take your laptop with you have a coffee and study or work. I would personally represent "Cafe in the neighborhood" which is exact on opposite side of the street.

The Centeral station is no more than 10mins of walking distance.

If you also run 5 minutes further, you are right at the city port and this is really beautiful and full of good mood, restaurants and bars, especially in the summer

Die Lage ist perfekt, was das Wohnen angeht. Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße Hansaring, das Hafenzentrum ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, wo Sie „Penny, Aldi, Edeka und Dm“ an einem Ort finden.

Wenn Sie außerdem 5 Minuten weiter laufen, sind Sie direkt am Stadthafen und dieser ist wirklich wunderschön und voller guter Stimmung, Restaurants und Bars, besonders im Sommer ☀️

Auf der Hauptstraße finden Sie auch viele Cafés, wo Sie Ihren Laptop mitnehmen können, um einen Kaffee zu trinken ☕ und zu lernen oder zu arbeiten. Ich persönlich würde das „Café im Viertel“ empfehlen, das genau auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite liegt.

Mikki is from Tanzania and is a nice and easy going person. He is doing his application in Elderly Care and is most working, Mikki is so my Gym partner but since I will be moving out it would be good if you could join him as we both go to McFit but is not necessary. He can speak fluent German & English.

Flatmate 02: Yassen
Yassen is the main tenant and is original from Moroco and like Mikki is also really nice and easy going and he is also doing his application like Mikki in Elderly Care, if you have any issues covering the apartment then he is the person to contact.

As a WG we all live peacefully and respect each other. we have a cleaning plan where One person clean the apartment once a month so in total 3 times per month and it includes cleaning the Kitchen, Toilet and Floor. There is also a Balcony but we store the out of season stage there and use to dry out clothes.

Mikki is from Tanzania and is a nice and uncomplicated person. He makes an education as a Senior Caregiver and works mostly. Mikki is also my fitness partner, but since I'm going to move out, it would be good if you could go with him because we both go to McFit, but that's not necessary. He speaks German and English fluently.

roommate 02: Yassen
Yassen is the main tenant and is originally from Morocco. Like Mikki, he is also very nice and uncomplicated and, like Mikki, makes an education as a senior. If you have any problems with the apartment, he's the contact person.

In a WG we all live peacefully and respect each other. We have a cleaning plan where a person is cleaning the apartment once a month, i.e. a total of three times a month. This includes cleaning of kitchen, toilet and floor. There is also a balcony, but we store the things that do not match the season and dry our clothes there.

Mitbewohner 01: Mikki
Mikki kommt aus Tansania und ist ein netter und unkomplizierter Mensch. Er macht eine Ausbildung zum Altenpfleger und arbeitet meistens. Mikki ist auch mein Fitnesspartner, aber da ich ausziehen werde, wäre es gut, wenn du ihn begleiten könntest, da wir beide zu McFit gehen, aber das ist nicht notwendig. Er spricht fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

Mitbewohner 02: Yassen
Yassen ist der Hauptmieter und kommt ursprünglich aus Marokko. Wie Mikki ist er auch sehr nett und unkompliziert und macht wie Mikki eine Ausbildung zum Altenpfleger. Wenn du irgendwelche Probleme mit der Wohnung hast, ist er der Ansprechpartner.

In einer WG leben wir alle friedlich und respektieren einander. Wir haben einen Reinigungsplan, bei dem eine Person einmal im Monat die Wohnung putzt, also insgesamt dreimal im Monat. Das beinhaltet das Reinigen von Küche, Toilette und Boden. Es gibt auch einen Balkon, aber wir lagern dort die Sachen, die nicht der Saison entsprechen, und trocknen dort unsere Kleidung.
