Hello!
In our colourful 6er-WG in the relaxed apartment-flair, a room is free from 15.01. We wish a person with whom the WG life can be as relaxed and beautiful as before :)
Before we come to us, here the facts: 6 WG in the 3 OG. in the Hansaviertel, so far 400€ warm (may become a bit more expensive due to the increase in rent, apparently around 450€), room 16sqm tall, further view into the courtyard. The room is oriented to the west and thus gets good sun and brightness in the afternoon. All rooms of the apartment are partially furnished (with built-in semi-high bed and wardrobe).
There are 2 bathrooms and a balcony to the west side, which departs from Michel's room, but is used by all. We are the first to receive the WG after the renovation in December 2020. We have a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine provided by the landlord and a dryer. However, we don't have a basement, so we don't have a large storage room if you have a lot of things.
We live in Emdener Straße in the beautiful Hansaviertel - not far from the canal and the port. Perfect location: pubs, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, clubs and the train station are within 10 minutes walking distance. Also in the city center and at the aasee you are fast (especially by bike). A bus stop is also right in front of the front door.

Jill (24) studies sports and sowi on teaching staff, is recently re-entered and has really bock on new people and action. In addition, she is politically interested and engaged, and works in the event management area
Louisa (27) is studying German and history at Lehramt, Zappelt likes to play at the Haverkamp on weekends and enjoys playing Boule. She has recently registered for her first half marathon, which is why it is now hard to train.
Michel (29) studies social sciences and sport in the master, plays Frisbee together with Felix and works half-day in open day care. He also likes to celebrate (has already organized Raves) and is otherwise a specialist in chilling and hanging around
Paulina (26) studies music and Spanish in the master's office, brings a lot of life to the WG, likes to boulder, music and leads the association movamos. She works (lovely) in the Gaso and is also much on the axle
Theo (24) studies political science in the Master, cocks footi in the association, can be inspired for cultural things (literature, film, music), is politically engaged and always have for good trashtalk
We re-established the WG in December 2020, but some of us knew each other before, and now live together very friendly family. If we don't have something to do for the university or go after our hobbies, we like to spend time with each other, chill in the summer on the canal, make sports together and also call games evening or work our kitchen around the dance floor. Because we often cook together (vegetarian or vegan) and find it annoying to divide our supplies into 6 parts, we decided that we can share all foods and therefore every one can always eat everything that can be found in the 2 refrigerators or on the stove. In our opinion, this works really well. The purchases are then evenly divided into an app and the costs. But it also takes care if someone isn't there or something. Of course you can discuss everything. Overall, the cost of food, electricity, Internet, GEZ, balcony rental, detergents and cleaning products as well as other WG purchases have been piled up somewhere at 140€ per person per month, which we find quite fair.
Someone once said we were a decent WG. Our pipapo weekly rotating plaster plan will meet this reputation - even if we are all different than pingelig and fine with it, the pans are only washed off the next day.
