Your future room is 16 square meters tall and has a large window out to the courtyard - so you're practically right in the green - as soon as you look out the window ☺️ and from the street you get nothing with :)

The situation could not be better. We live in the beautiful and lively Hansaviertel, where many students live. The Hansaring with its popular pubs can be reached in two minutes. Within five minutes you are at the port, or at the canal, as well as at the station. In immediate walking distance there are three rewes, a penny, dm, bakeries and a pharmacy. The Wolbeckerstraße with many sweet cafés and restaurants is directly adjacent to our Schillerstraße. ULB, the castle and the city centre can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by bike.

You will live with Lea (23), Kathi (25) and Eva (25).
Lea is a primary school teacher and currently writes her Bachelor thesis. Eva studies nursing education in the fourth semester and works professionally alongside the UKM. Kathi has recently completed her training and works in a Münster-based medical practice. You see: all are busy and much on the go and it's not a typical Studi-WG. Nevertheless, we like to do something together, sit in the kitchen (or on our balcony) or go on coffee hunting in the surrounding coffees. Cleanliness is very important to us all, so we have a cleaning plan that works well :)

Nice to know: we even have a dryer in our cellar - straight in winter our best friend.

IMPORTANT: Since I leave a few furniture here (bed, slat, dresser, black chair, serving car, wall clasp, white cupboard) there is still a discount of 440€. (to be negotiated)
