The room is about 13 m2 and has a nice, practical cut. A lot of daylight falls into the room through the large window, making it particularly bright and friendly. Internet & GEZ fees are also included in the costs.

The entire apartment is about 70 m2 and offers enough space. There's still a big terasse.

My previous roommate might want to leave some furniture – but we can discuss it again personally. 😊

The WG is located in the Hansaviertel, directly on the Hansaring. Opposite the port market, and nearby there are many other supermarkets. You will find the Wolbecker Straße with numerous restaurants and dining options. The port is only 5 minutes away, the city center you reach quickly, and the railway station is also very close – so the location is really top!

I am 24 years old and I am studying at FH Immobilien- und Facility Management in the third semester. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, make walks or relax on a round of Trash TV. Since my roommate is leaving soon, I'm looking for someone who likes a relaxed WG life. 😊

Our WG has not been a purpose WG so far, and I would like to maintain that. I'm happy if we do something together or spend cozy evenings on the couch. Order and cleanliness are important to me – I hope you too 😊
