Since I make a semester abroad in Madrid from September to early February, I'm looking for a nice student to rent my room at the Hansa Haus (only for women!) :)
You will be in a nice room, very centrally located between Hansaviertel and Port under - 10 minutes from the train station. Aldi, port market, Penny and Rewe are down the road. Bus stop also directly in front of the front door (including line 17, 33, 8 and 6). With the bike you get to the old town within 10 minutes. You can easily and safely complete your bike in our backyard.
In your room you have a private bathroom and 3 large windows. In my room, the sofa, the table, the chair, all cabinets and benches, the sofa table, cabinet, lamp, among other things. Warm rental at 385,- Euro.
The kitchen and fridge are shared with Johanna and Monika (and soon someone new), your roommates. We are rather a quiet purpose WG, but are always open for one or other kitchen talk and wish us someone who is tidy and not a loud party mouse. Du kommst in einem netten Zimmer, sehr zentral zwischen Hansaviertel und Hafen unter - 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Aldi, Hafenmarkt, Penny und Rewe befinden sich die Straße runter. Bushaltestelle auch direkt vor der Haustüre (u.a Linie 17, 33, 8 und 6). Mit dem Rad kommt man hier innerhalb von 10 Minuten in die Altstadt. Dein Rad kannst du bequem und sicher in unserem Hinterhof abschließen.
In deinem Zimmer hast du ein eigenes großes Bad und 3 große Fenster. In meinem Zimmer bleibt bei deinem Einzug unter anderem das Sofa, der Tisch, der Stuhl, alle Schränke und Bänke, der Sofatisch, Schrank, Lampe. Warmmiete z.Z bei 385,- Euro.
Die Küche und den Kühlschrank teilst du dir zusammen mit Johanna und Monika (und bald noch jemand neues), deinen Mitbewohnerinnen. Wir sind eher eine ruhige Zweck WG, sind für das ein oder andere Küchengespräch aber immer offen und wünschen uns jemanden, der ordentlich und keine laute Partymaus ist. Genauso ist uns die Hygiene in der Küche relativ wichtig.
