Ein Zimmer, 12qm mit Schreibtisch, Bett und Kleiderschrank. Ideal für Studenten und Azubis mit separater gut ausgestatteter Küche. Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine. Dazu ein Ess- und Aufenthalts Raum.
Es gibt einen Keller so wie einen Fahrrad Keller. Es sind 2 Aufzüge und ein separates Treppenhaus vorhanden.
Ein Balkon ist auch vorhanden.
Die Lage ist im Norden Münsters mit optimaler ÖPNV Verbindung zur Stadt, mit Fahrrad 15-20 Minuten mit Bus 25 Minuten bis zur Uni/ bis zum Schloss.
Wir sind eine offene und freundliche WG.
Ich suche einen Untermieter für 3 Monate mit eventueller Übernahme.
Wir gehen gerne zusammen spazieren oder joggen und kochen auch mal gerne zusammen.
Man hat immer ein offenes Ohr für einander, aber man kann sich auch in seinem Zimmer zurückziehen. Wir haben sonst einen geteilten Putzplan, der auch super funktioniert.
