Wg Rooms in the Kreuzviertel :)

The location of the WG is really perfect. It is located on the edge of the Kreuzviertel. The bus stop is right in front of the front door. The York Center, with a variety of supermarkets, as well as a pharmacy and DM drugstore, is nearby. Once down the street you will find a sweet cinema and a café, a bit more other cafés and restaurants. The Viennaburgpark and the outdoor swimming pool are also reached in a few minutes by bike. To the castle you drive 5 minutes by bike and the city maybe 10 minutes. Some institutes near the ring are also not far away. You need about 5 minutes for the Unisport facility.

I'm Miri, I'm 21 and I'm studying psychology in the 5th semester. In order to balance, I like to cook and bake very much, make up sports and spend time with my friends in and outside the wg :). For traveling and drinking coffee I am also enthusiastic, but I am also very happy in Münster!


I am Jana, 20 years old and I am studying music and math at the Teaching Office for Special Education in the first semester.
I've started playing volleyball now, I'm super happy to go with friends and also like to go to one or other party :)


I'm Meret, 22 years old and now I'm studying law in the 7th semester. In my spare time, I am traveling with my friends everywhere in Münster. For a bar or club night, I am always to have. I also play tennis, like reading or doing something creative :)


I'm Sophie, I'm 21 years old and I'm studying construction technology and possibly religion at vocational school since this semester. I've moved in here almost completely fresh, but the girls give me the feeling that they've been listening for a long time.
I am really passionate about any kind of sport, but at the moment I am mainly jogging. I also like to crochet and take every chat in the kitchen with :)

So far our WG life was very harmonious. The kitchen is our small meeting place in the Wg - here we also like to talk and proscinate or meet a tea. As often as possible we also like to make a few Wg evenings. So we are definitely not a purpose Wg.
We would be very happy if a community life is so important for you. :

Another couple of information about the contract: The contract is a three-year contract. This means that after one year the monthly rent is increased by 10€ and after two years again. From the third year, however, it remains the same and does not increase. In addition, the landlord would like to have a fee of 180€ for the entrance, so that the room can be freshly removed before the entrance. In Keller there are washing machines and dryers. The monthly rent is 430€ for electricity and the internet. Fiona would take a discount of 350€ (TV, bed, slat, mirror, nightstand and other WG purchases).
We would like to make the castings on site on 19.01 and 20.01 :)
