The room is about 16 square meters tall and will definitely be furnished. The room shows out in the garden, making it nicely quiet. In addition, the window has roller shutters with which you can completely darken the room.
Our WG was completely renovated about 2 years ago. ✨
We have a super equipped and modern kitchen with freezer, oven and dishwasher.
We also have a bathroom with shower and toilet. 🚿🚽And in addition a second guest toilet.
We can wash in the washing cellar. There's a laundering cost 1€. 🧺 We also have a storage room in the basement.
In addition, we have a cleaning plan with split tasks in the WG, so everyone knows what to do.💫
For WG issues (e.g. toilet paper, oil, plasters..) we use the Flatastic app, where everyone can write the respective expenditures and at the end you can then make a cash box.
The WG is located in a multi-family house in the beautiful Erphoviertel in Mauritz. Just around the corner is Café Herr Hase or various restaurants, bakery and shopping on Warendorfer Straße. Various supermarkets and shopping facilities are nearby (Rewe, Aldi, net and Rossmann).
In the city you are also super fast. On foot you need about 20 minutes and by bike about 10 minutes.
Parking by car can also be very good with us. 🅿️🚗 We have covered bicycle pitches. 🚲 We can also use a part of the garden.
Our WG is located in a quiet residential area and the nearby location to the canal invites you to walk, jogging or especially in summer to hop into the canal.🏃 ♀️🏊🌞
I (Jule) will spend the coming semester of my Oecotrophology studies abroad and therefore rent my room for this time. If necessary, the room can also be taken over indefinitely. But this will only settle in the course of the semester. Cleanliness and order is very important to me, which is why it would be very important to me with an intermediate tenant. ✨
But now to your cohabitation:
We currently cast one or more roommates as another room has become available in our WG. That's why we can't say yet. 😊
Emma is 20 years old and studies primary education with teaching in kind in the current 3rd semester. If she isn't in university or works, she likes to meet with friends to try new cafes, go to the gym or visit various offers from university sports, at the moment she is at the hockey.💐 Otherwise, she also likes to walk on her ears with a podcast or watch comfortably series. In the evening, however, it is also for a good evening in the old town with one or other aper oil. 🤭With Emma you always have something to laugh and it is for any WG activities to have when the time allows.
Jonas is also 20 years old and is currently studying psychology in the 3rd semester. He likes to cook and also likes to try new recipes he has seen on Insta. Usually also vegan, but definitely vegetarian. Otherwise he plays with the HSP double head and makes two dance classes. If he does, he'll be happy to jog. For a WG evening with various social games he is definitely to have. 🃏🎲
Otherwise we like to get a chat together in the kitchen. 😊
