Wir sind Lea und Anna und suchen ab März eine Zwischenmiete für unsere gemütliche 3er-WG. Da unsere Mitbewohnerin von März bis Ende Juli woanders wohnen wird, wird ihr Zimmer in dieser Zeit frei.
Das helle Zimmer ist etwa 20 qm groß, komplett möbliert (inkl. Matratze ohne Bettwäsche, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schränke etc.) und hat sogar Zugang zum Balkon. Unsere Mitbewohnerin lässt ihre Deko, einige Bücher und ein paar ihrer Pflanzen hier. Persönliche Dinge nimmt sie natürlich mit.
Es wäre ihr wichtig, dass du während ihrer Abwesenheit die Pflanzen ab und zu gießt – keine Sorge, es ist alles ganz entspannt.
Sauberkeit und eine gewisse Grundhygiene ist uns außerdem sehr wichtig.
Zur Wohnung:
Unsere Wohnung hat zusätzlich einen Fahrradkeller, einen normalen Keller und einen Waschkeller. Im Sommer kannst du draußen deine Wäsche aufhängen.

We are Lea and Anna, and we’re looking for a temporary flatmate for our cozy 3-person shared flat starting in March. Since our flatmate will be living elsewhere from March to the end of July, her room will be available during this time.
The bright room is about 20 sqm, fully furnished (including a mattress without bedding, desk, chair, wardrobes, etc.), and even has access to a balcony. She’s leaving some decorations, a few books, and a couple of her plants to make the room cozy. Of course, she’ll take her personal belongings with her.
It’s important to her that you water her plants from time to time while she’s away – don’t worry, it’s all very relaxed.
Cleanliness and basic hygiene are also very important to us.
About the flat:
Our apartment also includes a bike storage room, a regular basement, and a laundry room. In the summer, you can hang your laundry outside.
Unsere WG liegt im Wohngebiet hinter dem Fernsehturm, nur 5 Minuten mit dem Rad vom Kanal entfernt. Edeka, Netto und Bushaltestellen sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und freitags gibt es einen kleinen Markt. Die Gegend ist ruhig und grün, aber trotzdem bist du in nur 15 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, in der Innenstadt oder am Hafen. 🚲

Our flat is located in the residential area behind the Fernsehturm (TV tower), just 5 minutes by bike from the canal. Edeka, Netto, and bus stops are within a 5-minute walk, and there’s even a small market on Fridays. The neighborhood is quiet and green, but you can still reach the main station, city center, or harbor in just 15 minutes by bike. 🚲
Du wirst in den 5 Monaten mit Lea (22) und Anna (23), zusammenleben. Wir sind aufgeschlossene und kreative Menschen, die gerne Zeit zusammen verbringen, sei es durch Quatschen, gemeinsame Unternehmungen oder einfach entspanntes Beisammensein. Eine offene Kommunikation, falls mal was nicht passt, ist uns sehr wichtig.
Wir freuen uns schon auf die gemeinsamen Monate mit dir! 🌞
