Great WG room in the beautiful Mauritz Tolles WG Zimmer im schönen Mauritz

The WG is at the very beginning of the ship's dam. The bike takes about 10 minutes to the city centre. The old town is about 15min.

There are bus connections almost directly at the front door (lines 2, 4, 10). These go to the city / train station every 10 minutes and the night bus stops right at our front door.

With Netto, Rewe, Aldi and Rossmann you have various shopping options in the immediate vicinity. Netto and Rossmann are right next door. Rewe 3 minutes walk away and reach Aldi by bike within 5 minutes

You will also find everything necessary in the immediate neighborhood. Pharmacies, banks, restaurant and also there is a gym nearby.

Die WG befindet sich ganz am Anfang des Schifffahrter Damms. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man ca. 10 min bis in die Innenstadt. Zur Altstadt sind es ca. 15min.

Busverbindungen gibt es quasi direkt vor der Haustür (Linien 2, 4, 10). Diese fahren ca. alle 10 min in die Stadt/Bahnhof und auch der Nachtbus hält direkt vor unserer Haustür.

Mit Netto, Rewe, Aldi und Rossmann hast du diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Netto und Rossmann sind direkt neben an. Rewe 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und Aldi mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen

Auch sonst findest du alles lebensnotwendige in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Apotheken, Banken, Restaurant und außerdem gibt es ganz in der Nähe ein Fitnessstudio.

After just under 5 great and very eventful years I will move out of my WG. A common life of the WG is very important to us and is therefore written here. Schweren Herzens werde ich nach knapp 5 tollen und sehr ereignisreichen Jahren wieder aus meiner WG ausziehen. Falls du also die Ehre haben solltest meine Nachfolge als einzige Frau im Haushalt anzutreten, bekommst du es mit den drei Jungs Marten (25), Jonas (24) & Vincent (28) zu tun. - alles BWL Studenten 🤝🏼🙈 da Vincent durch ist mit seinem Studium wird auch sein Zimmer frei, falls da Interesse besteht oder du mit einem Freund/Freundin einziehen möchtest 🥳

Ein gemeinsames WG-Leben ist uns dabei sehr wichtig und wird hier daher groß geschrieben. Ob ein entspannter Filmabend mir, ein gemeinsames Kochen oder etwas aktives für den Körper/Kopf, wir haben immer viel zusammen gemacht. Ab und zu kommt dann natürlich auch ein bisschen Alkohol ins Spiel. Ansonsten stehen die Zimmertüren meist offen. Ich als einzige weibliche Mitbewohnerin habe mich immer super wohl bei den Jungs gefühlt.
Damit wir auch sicher gehen, dass du die ganze Anzeige liest würden wir gerne wissen welche drei Dinge du auf eine einsame Insel mitnehmen. Außerdem ist uns das Einhalten des Putzplans wichtig und Rauchen wäre für uns ein no-go.

Im Haus befinden sich außerdem drei weitere 4er WGs, die ebenfalls aus einer Mischung von Studenten und Berufstätigen bestehen. Untereinander herrscht hier im Haus ein sehr gutes Klima. Das führt dann dazu, dass man sich im Sommer gerne mal Abends draußen vor dem Haus im Hof trifft und grillt und ab und zu auch mal eine Tour in die Altstadt oder zum Kanal macht. Meinen weissen Pax Kleiderschrank würde ich gerne gegen einen kleinen Abschlag ebenfalls im Zimmer lassen 🤝🏼
