In our beautiful farm community a room is free. On the farm a larger group of WG residents live in two WGs. The room is within a 3 WG in the new extension.
The room is now available, the start of rental is flexible.
WiFi included and all other costs complete. The room is very nice, renovated and equipped with beautiful bright furniture. Own furniture can also be brought along and the room can also be furnished..
There is a beautiful large garden for the WG inhabitants. Tables, chairs, benches and a barbecue are available outside. The garden is used for sitting, grilling or reading.

5 km to downtown/Schloss, in the north of Münster, to bus stop 1 km, buses often drive 24/7.

The farm is very beautiful in the countryside and there are many walking and hiking trails.
There are many parking spaces on the farm and parking is free. There is a covered bicycle parking space.
Most of them drive to the city by bike. The farm has a direct connection to a cycle path network.
In our city-close Hof-WG students live at the age of 18 to 26 years. The new 4 women WG in the neighboring building is on the ground floor.
The room has a very nice view. Everyone can decide how far and whether to participate in the WG life or to be for themselves. The atmosphere in our WG is easy, positive and relaxed. We like to sit together more often. All are helpful. Occasionally we cook together or do something together. We are simple, open and friendly.

In the garden, in the stables and in the animals can be worked for payment. There is the offer to live here and to develop the rent by working on the farm.
Occasionally we do something with the animals or a campfire.
A lot is possible, nothing has to be done.
