The house Brand is a detached house that has been completely refurbished and now has 1 room. The apartment offers plenty of space for the 10 residents and a large communal area as well as terrace and garden. Since it is the second cover, everything is in a top condition and really made with a lot of love and eye for detail.
There are so many highlights that you can hardly all count:D. In addition to the usual kitchen appliances, such as microwave, stove, refrigerator/freezer and oven, we also have a steamer, a dishwasher and a thermomix (which does not belong to the apartment but one of the inhabitants). The open living/dining area comprises about 60m2 and has 3 large window fronts with seating. There is also a smart TV with MagentaTV subscription and music system. In addition, the 15m2 large terrace and a huge garden are ideal for parties. The feeling is then rounded off by the trees illuminated in the evening with RGB radiators.
The only free room has a private bathroom, with very fancy tiles, illuminated mirror/shower tray, towel warmer and rain shower. Each room also has a basement compartment, there are also professional washing machine and dryers. The heating that works on earth heat will be used in summer for cooling, so that even in the attic rooms a pleasant temperature can be obtained.
The room itself is one of the most beautiful rooms in the house, it has two small floors with integrated stairs, the private bathroom is very large and spacious with plenty of storage and plenty of space!
