Hello and welcome to our WG!

We are Hannes (31, pedagogue), Isa (29, design), Eliane (34, landscape ecology) and Milan (2, Eliane's son) and are happy to meet you!

Our house is an unconventional, cozy old building with a total of 3 other super nice WG's in the upper floors, with which we are connected via a house group.
We live in our WG very familial, and lead a thoughtful and friendly coexistence.
With us you will find plenty of room for cozy conversations with hot coffee at the kitchen table, for social or Nintendo games about the Beamer in the living room and also your own idea are very welcome. In the rooms, of course, everyone has their retreat.
If you are a positive and open minded person, we are happy if you want to become part of it!


Your room is almost 14sqm tall + 3.5 for the high bed and has a window directly to the garden.
Besides, you have your own basement compartment.

Our apartment has a special cut, all rooms depart from the kitchen, which creates a spatial proximity.
With almost 4m high ceilings and a high bed in each room, a spacious and airy living atmosphere is created, which still complements the 17 sqm living room.
The living room doubled as a playroom for Milan.
Living together with Milan, we all feel great enrichment. He's super sweet, sweet and it's great fun playing with him. At the same time it is always possible to withdraw, Milan understands and respects a closed room door. In the morning at 4 he is in the Kita and goes to sleep at 8-9 in the evening. When Milan sleeps, the WG continues to live normally.
Apart from the kitchen, there is no sound in his room from adjacent rooms.
Another highlight is the castle garden right in front of our front door.
Due to the super-central location everything is important in pleasant proximity:
- Bus stop directly opposite
- Station 10 with bicycle or bus
-Rewe, castle and old town 3 minutes walk

We pass a discount of 300€ on WG-intern for the high beds...
the landlord wants a deposit of 500€
3€ per month for the living room.
The landlord is very simple. The remaining WG's in the house too.
We all have our own lease. Details can be discussed with the landlord.

Wir sind Hannes (31, Pädagoge), Isa (29, Design), Eliane (34, Landschaftsökologie) und Milan (2, Eliane's Sohn) und freuen uns dich kennen zu lernen!

Unser Haus ist ein unkonventioneller, gemütlicher Altbau mit insgesamt 3 weiteren super netten WG's in den Obergeschossen, mit denen wir über eine Hausgruppe verbunden sind.
Wir leben in unserer WG sehr familär, und führen ein rücksichtsvolles und freundliches Miteinander.
Bei uns findest du viel Raum für gemütliche Gespräche mit heißem Kaffee am Küchentisch, für Gesellschafts- oder Nintendospiele über den Beamer im Wohnzimmer und auch deine eigenen Idee sind sehr willkommen. In den Zimmern hat natürlich jeder seinen Rückzugsort.
Wenn du ein positiver und aufgeschlossener Mensch bist, freuen wir uns, wenn du ein Teil davon werden möchtest!


Dein Zimmer ist fast 14qm groß + 3,5 fürs Hochbett und hat ein Fenster direkt zum Garten.
Außerdem hast du ein eigenes Kellerabteil.

Unsere Wohnung hat einen besonderen Schnitt, alle Zimmer gehen von der Küche ab, was eine räumliche Nähe schafft.
Mit knapp 4m hohen Decken und einem Hochbett in jedem Zimmer, entsteht dennoch eine geräumige und luftige Wohnatmosphäre, die das 17 qm Wohnzimmer noch ergänzt.
Das Wohnzimmer doubled als Spielzimmer für Milan.
Mit Milan zusammenzuwohnen empfinden wir alle als große Bereicherung. Er ist super süß, lieb und es macht großen Spaß mit ihm zu spielen. Gleichzeitig ist es immer auch möglich sich zurückzuziehen, Milan versteht und respektiert eine geschlossene Zimmertür. Vormittags bis um 4 ist er in der Kita und geht Abends um ca 8-9 Uhr schlafen. Wenn Milan schläft geht das WG leben ganz normal weiter.
Abgesehen von der Küche hört man in seinem Zimmer keine Geräusch aus benachbarten Zimmern.
Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Schlossgarten direkt vor unserer Haustür.
Durch die superzentrale Lage ist alles Wichtige in angenehmer Nähe:
-Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber
-Bahnhof 10 mit Fahrrad o. Bus
-Rewe, Schloss und Altstadt 3 Minuten zu Fuß

Einen Abschlag von 300€ geben wir WG-Intern für die Hochbetten weiter...
der Vermieter möchte eine Kaution von 500€
3€ pro Monat ergeben sich für das Wohnzimmer.
Der Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert. Die restlichen WG's im Haus auch.
Wir haben alle unseren eigenen Mietvertrag. Einzelheiten können mit dem Vermieter besprochen werden.
