Die WG besitzt eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen Waschraum mit einer Waschmaschine, sowie ein Bad. Außerdem hat die WG einen großen Balkon, der auch benutzt werden darf.

Das Zimmer liegt 2 Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof entfernt und von da aus erreicht man innerhalb von 13 Minuten auch Münster. Um also zur Uni/Fh zu gelangen braucht man nur 30 Minuten :)

Du wirst Dir die Wohnung mit Maria (60) und vorrübergehend Kathi (20) teilen. Maria ist die Haupmieterin und aktuell bereits im Ruhestand, daher hat sie auch viel Zeit und macht alles an Putzen in der Wohnung. Kathi macht eine Ausbildung als TFA, wird allerdings auch zum 01.07.2025 ausziehen. Wenn du also noch eine Freundin hast, die ein Zimmer sucht, ist hier noch Platz :)
