From April 1st, a small but very sweet room will be available in our WG directly at the aasee. To the house you can say that only students live here, which is why the atmosphere is very relaxed.
The room retains my 1, 40 m bed including mattress, a small shelf and jackets and shoe rack and a desk. I would like to sell the furniture for a total of 200 euros, including a set for washing machine and kitchen.
The location is really top! If you run around the corner, you can see the aasee. Directly in front of the house is a bus stop, where the bus to the main station is approx. 15 min. The bike is about 9 min. In the city center you arrive within 5 min by bike and on foot there are about 10 min. The next Rewe is 3 minutes by bike away and otherwise there are many other shopping nearby. In front of the house there is a diner shop, a pizzeria and a baker. You can put your bike in the backyard.
You'd live with Ines and Milena.
Ines is 21 years old in February and is an apprenticeship student. I would describe it as a very social person who is much on the go and is also very happy to party. Often you find them in the gym. Ines is in any case to have for any shit, but always with a simple cafe dating or talk in the kitchen. She likes to see you full;)
Milena is 22 years old and studies medicine. However, she is still a party mouse and definitely not just learning. She loves dancing, traveling and getting to know new people. Milena also likes to do sports, as well as try new ones. For cooking evenings she is always to have, especially when someone comes with noodles around the corner.
For WG life: The two are relaxed and you feel comfortable and well received quickly. On joint ventures or cooking/film evenings both feel like it, but it's not bad if you want to have your rest and then spend less time together. We've got a cleaning plan and we'll stick to it. If one or the other is in the kitchen, it's not a drama.

Otherwise it is important to say that we have a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment, so quite premium:)
