Unsere Wohnung hat eine Küche, ein Bad und ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer.
Dein Zimmer ist mit 20qm das größte der WG :))
Unsere WG liegt zentral und sehr nah am Aasee (etwa 5min zu Fuß) und man braucht nur 10min mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt/Uni oder zum Bahnhof. Edeka und Rewe sind auch jeweils 5min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Auch die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist super! 🌞
Wir sind auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG! Wir suchen daher eine offene und aufgeschlossene Person, die Spaß am Wg-Leben hat :)
Zu uns:
Riccarda (20) studiert Psychologie, liebt Reisen und neue Erfahrungen zu machen. Ihr guilty pleasure sind die Berge und skifahren.
Sophia (20) studiert Wirtschaft & Recht, liebt es neue Cafés auszuprobieren, verbringt die meiste Zeit mit ihren Freunden und ihr guilty pleasure ist Trash TV🌞
Bonus: Du hast eine Siebträger-Maschine oder Mikrowelle, die du mit in die WG bringst :))
Die genaue Miete muss noch mit dem Vermieter besprochen werden, wird aber nicht viel höher sein.
