Hey, I'm Louisa, 28 years old, and I'm studying architecture at the MSA. Since July this year I live in this apartment and am now looking for a new roommate or a roommate.
The room is about 10 square meters and has two windows that provide plenty of daylight. The entire apartment comprises about 45 square meters and also offers two cellar rooms. One of the cellar rooms is equipped with a connection for a washing machine, while the adjacent room offers enough space for storage.
The apartment is partially furnished by the landlord (kitchen, dining table, bathroom furniture). The house was completely renovated six years ago and is equipped with underfloor heating and a small, walkable attic. The apartment is located on the first floor and is a one-bedroom apartment. Access is via an external staircase with separate entrance. In front of the front door we also have a small, own terrace.
The apartment is only 1 minute from the centre of North Train Station, which makes it possible to reach the main railway station in just 5 minutes by train. A bus stop at the station is also within a short time walking distance, and another stop is just 3 minutes away. By bike you can reach the city centre in 10 minutes and the Leonardo campus in 15 minutes.
For living together, I would like us to have a good relationship and not just to live together. It would be nice to talk back and forth, or to do something together – without compulsion, but as it suits everyone. Everything can, nothing has to. At the same time, it should be just as good if you need time for yourself and withdraw.
To me: I like to take something with friends, cook and try new recipes and always have a cup of coffee or a conversation. As a compensation for my studies, I recently discovered Pilates for me and would like to go more regularly in the spring.
On the subject of order and cleanliness: It is perfectly fine when something remains, and I do not expect everything to be perfect. It is important to me, however, that we make sure to keep the apartment as a whole clean and tidy. This has always worked well so far, and I would like it to stay that way.
The redeeming agreement amounting to €290 mainly consists of purchases for the community. There will be an accurate listing.
The 01.01.2025 is ideal. Alternatively, the 01.02.2025 or the 15.02.2025 are also possible.
