I am Tobi and go to Reykjavík for Erasmus in the winter semester – that is why my room is released in our 4th World Championship in Philippistraße. The period is from 1 August to 31 December, possibly also by the end of January after consultation.

The room:
It is about 15–16 m2 large, fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, dresser, TV, desk) and costs 400 € per month. You can use everything quite normally – for furniture, etc. I take a deposit that you can get back at the end when everything fits.

To the WG:
We are a relaxed four-way WG, all sports stadiums. Bene and Maxi are studying sports and sociology at Lehramt, Hannes (like me) sports and mathematics. We understand each other, do something together, but everyone also has our own rhythm – all easy.

The apartment is located directly on the sports campus, so perfect for those who want to study sports or live nearby.

Es ist ca. 15–16 m² groß, voll möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Kommode, Fernseher, Schreibtisch) und kostet 400 € im Monat. Du kannst alles ganz normal mitbenutzen – für Möbel etc. nehme ich eine Kaution, die du natürlich am Ende zurückbekommst, wenn alles passt.

Zur WG:
Wir sind eine entspannte Vierer-WG, alle Sport-Studis. Bene und Maxi studieren Sport und Soziologie auf Lehramt, Hannes (wie ich) Sport und Mathe. Wir verstehen uns super, machen auch mal was zusammen, aber haben auch jeder unseren eigenen Rhythmus – alles easy.

Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Sportcampus, also perfekt für alle, die an der Uni Sport studieren oder in der Nähe wohnen wollen.
