Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und einen Hinterhof zum Fahrräder abstellen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wienburgpark für Spaziergänge oder Jogging-Strecken; direkt angrenzend ans Kreuzviertel (eines der schönsten Viertel von Münster).
Die Wohnung liegt zwar an einer Straße, jedoch liegen eure Zimmer zum Hinterhof raus, wodurch ihr nicht davon gestört werdet.
- Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist ein Muss - Putzplan etc; ihr kennt es, wir sind da entspannt, aber es ist uns wirklich ein Anliegen, damit sich alle wohlfühlen.
