Ich würde gerne mein WG Zimmer eintauschen.
Bspw. gegen eine 1 Zimmer Wohnung oder auch eine ruhigere WG, das ist mir egal, schreibt mich einfach an. Hauptsache unter 600€ und im Radius 5km vom Domplatz :)
Ich fühle mich hier leider nicht so wirklich wohl, da der Boden der Wohnung relativ laut ist. Es wäre also wichtig, dass du nicht sonderlich geräuschempfindlich bist, was Geräusche innerhalb der Wohnung angeht. Die Geräusche treten nur auf, wenn jemand durch den Flur und die Küche läuft. Außerhalb der Wohnung ist es aber ziemlich leise.

Waschmaschine steht in der Küche und Trockenboden ist eine Etage über uns.
Kleines Wohnzimmer noch inklusive, da die 3. Mitbewohnerin nur sporadisch hin und wieder da ist.
3. Etage, ca. 60 Stufen. Super Lage, innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß direkt an der Kanalstraße und Promenade. Ausblick aus dem Fenster auf die Aa.
Sehr schnelles Internet, kleiner Kellerabteil. Dachboden, um Wäsche zu trocknen, sehr praktisch. Wohnung von Wohn + Stadtbau. Fahrräder stellt man vor der Tür ab.
