Since I have to move (Leonie 2) for my teaching ministry, here I offer my small, fine WG room with a view into the courtyard from February 2025.
The apartment has a great location! In a minute you have everything you need: Edeka, Aldi, Dm, Lidl Apotheke, Südpark and the South Quarter with its 101 Italians and the great Aries shops are at your feet.
To the city center but also at port you only need approx. 5 minutes by bike.
Linda, Leonie 1 and Lena (The "L" is not a condition and pure coincidence). Leonie studies nutritional sciences after her completed training, is a fitness cannon, gaming evening fan and works at the hotel and youth meeting. She's almost at the end of the Harry Potter reading marathon and we're excited what comes after it! Lena is also already trained and is currently completing a Bachelor in "Therapy and Health Management", while she is already working as a logo teacher. Lena is creative, likes to go to the theatre and concerts and knits beautiful Polunder. Linda is the party mouse of the WG and is at the end of her Master's degree in Digital Business and Innovation Management and is already working in the field. She owns every technical gadget from iPad via Alexa and likes to play tennis in stylish outfit.
Normal cleanliness and order is very important to all of us, and so everyone in our 4 walls feels comfortable, we have a cleaning plan, but we also feel responsibly, e.g. from time to time a deep clean out of line. Everyone feeds as vegan/vegetarian as possible, we do not condemn and make it all as it tastes and we (and the planet) can live healthy. That's why we love that you can do everything by bike in Münster.
We are definitely not a purpose WG and like to talk in the kitchen or at higher temperatures on the balcony or eat together. However, since we all have a lot to do and work alongside our studies, we always have to plan it exactly so that we can get a game night on the line, for example.
Our WG has a large kitchen with a fully automatic coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, a large hall where you can hang good laundry, a balcony and a separate toilet and shower (very convenient for four people).
The balcony is accessible via the adjoining room and the kitchen window. There is a basement compartment for each apartment and a bicycle cellar for all.
The rent is at 220€, and there are 15 euros for GEZ and Internet. The deposit is from the owner, I only give it on and you will get it back at the end of course. I like to leave my used furniture here, but it is absolutely not a must, because everything has been crumbled over the years.
