Hello, I am Beate and I have been renting a part of my beautiful townhouse in Münster Rumphorst for several years.:)

I'm looking for a female tenant from 25. Like, but not mandatory, non-smoking and vegetarian.

Your future 34 sqm roof-floor compartment has been renovated in 2017, including the bathroom, and has a large panoramic window (south-east orientation). It is of course unfurnished.

In addition to your room, the house consists of an open living, cooking and dining area in the EC (50 sqm). There is also a beautiful garden and large cellar rooms (including washing machine and dryer).

The house is located in Münster Rumphorst. You're very fast in the city, but you also have your rest here.

To me: I am a teacher with the subjects of sport and history and work in Münster. In my free time I like to be among people, dance and play in a trombone choir. I would describe myself as open and communicative, but also enjoy having my rest and spending time in nature.

Unfortunately, my current roommate is leaving Münster at the end of February. So the upper part of the house becomes free to March! I have experienced the family life as an enriching one and I believe that with good communication you can create a great home in which everyone feels comfortable!:)

Hallo, ich bin Beate und ich vermiete seit mehreren Jahren einen Teil meines wunderschönen Reihenhauses in Münster Rumphorst. :)

Ich suche eine weibliche Mieterin ab 25. Gerne, aber nicht zwingend, nichtrauchend und vegetarisch.

Dein zukünftiges 34 qm großes Dachgeschossabteil ist im Jahr 2017 inklusive Badezimmer hochwertig renoviert worden und verfügt über ein großes Panoramafenster (Süd-Ost Ausrichtung). Es wird natürlich unmöbliert abgegeben.

Neben Deinem Zimmer besteht das Haus aus einem offenen Wohn-, Koch- und Essbereich im EG (50 qm). Zudem gibt es einen wunderschönen Garten und große Kellerräume (inklusive Waschmaschine und Trockner).

Das Haus liegt in Münster Rumphorst. Man ist super schnell in der Stadt, hat jedoch ebenso seine Ruhe hier.

Zu mir: Ich bin Lehrerin mit den Fächern Sport und Geschichte und arbeite in Münster. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne unter Leuten, tanze und spiele in einem Posaunenchor. Ich würde mich als offen und kommunikativ beschreiben, genieße es aber auch, meine Ruhe zu haben und Zeit in der Natur zu verbringen.

Leider zieht meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin Ende Februar aus Münster weg. Somit wird der obere Teil des Hauses zum März frei! Ich habe das Zuammenleben als bereichernd erlebt und bin der Meinung, dass man sich mit guter Kommunikation ein tolles Zuhause schaffen kann, in dem sich jeder wohlt fühlt! :)
