Room free in our 3-time WG - small but fine Zimmer frei in unserer 3er WG - klein aber fein

The room has a size of 12 square meters, but is well cut and can therefore be furnished in a private way (as can be seen in the photos). The room is unfurnished. It is the smallest of the three rooms, but for this we have a beautiful and large kitchen (we are still working on a new cover of the sink) with sofa and table, as well as a wide hall where you can dry, for example, laundry.

The 365 €are including electricity. In addition, our landlord has been asking for a deposit from us since last year, which is 600 €for the room.

Situation:
The location of the apartment is top. Various rewes are 5-10 minutes away (just like all over Münster). You live in the immediate vicinity of the castle and the Jüdefelder Straße. Channel and Hansaviertel are a little further away, but by bike everything is more than feasible - and hey, there are not only cool cafes in the Hansaviertel. EU
The German Faculty is right next door and all other university buildings have been reached quickly.

WG life:
Svenja and Caro live with you in the WG.

Svenja is currently studying spatial planning and is writing her master's thesis. Otherwise she plays football and tennis, she likes to meet with friends and she likes to cook. In summer, Svenja will probably leave the WG when it comes to working life.

I, Caro, am a design student and play at the TSC Volleyball. Otherwise always for a chat in the kitchen, a run in the evening or have mini-calations at the party.

Otherwise you get through a courtyard to the house entrance. In the courtyard there are also plenty of bike stands, where our bikes are well lifted despite the proximity to Jüdefelder Straße.

We would like to make the Castings on site in the apartment. The period for the casting would be 12.2-16.2.

Das Zimmer hat schnuckelige 12qm, ist aber gut geschnitten und lässt sich deshalb wohnlich einrichten (wie auf den Fotos zu erkennen). Das Zimmer ist unmöberliert. Es ist das kleinste der drei Zimmer, aber dafür haben wir eine schöne und große Küche (gerade arbeiten wir noch an einer neuen Abdeckung der Spüle) mit Sofa und Tisch, sowie einen breiten Flur, wo du beispielsweise Wäsche trocknen kannst.

Die 365€ sind inklusive Strom. Außerdem verlangt unser Vermieter seit letztem Jahr eine Kaution von uns, die für das Zimmer bei 600€ liegt.

Lage:
Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Diverse Rewes sind 5-10 min entfernt (so wie eigentlich überall in Münster). Man wohnt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schloss und zur Jüdefelder Straße. Kanal und Hansaviertel sind ein wenig weiter weg, aber mit dem Fahrrad auch alles mehr als machbar — und Hey, es gibt nicht nur im Hansaviertel coole Cafés.☺️
Direkt nebenan ist die Germanistik Fakultät und auch alle anderen Uni Gebäude hat man schnell erreicht.

WG-Leben:
Mit dir in der WG wohnen dann Svenja und Caro.

Svenja studiert aktuell Raumplanung und schreibt gerade ihre Masterarbeit. Ansonsten spielt sie Fußball und Tennis, trifft sich gerne mit Freundinnen und kocht gerne. Im Sommer wird Svenja wahrscheinlich auch die WG verlassen, wenn es dann ins Berufsleben geht.

Ich, Caro, bin Designstudentin und spiele beim TSC Volleyball. Ansonsten immer für einen Plausch in der Küche, einen Lauf am Abend oder Minieskalationen beim Feiern zu haben.

Ansonsten kommt man durch einen Innenhof zum Hauseingang. In dem Innenhof gibt es auch reichlich Fahrradständer, wo unsere Fahrräder trotz der Nähe zur Jüdefelder Straße, gut aufgehoben sind.

Wir würden die Castings gerne vor Ort in der Wohnung machen. Der Zeitraum für die Castings wäre 12.2-16.2.
