Hello,
I will be moving to US for a 6 months work assignment and I am looking for someone to stay in my lovely, big and light room.
Room is 17 square meters (pretty big), with 2 big windows facing the street. I will leave it with my furniture (bed, wardrobe, table & chair).
Location is great. Only 1 minute away from hafen, 7 minutes away from HBF, with several supermarkets around (Penny, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe). There are also many restaurants, coffees and bars near by. Cineplex is reachable in a 3 minutes walk.
The whole apartment is furnished, so you only need to bring your own things. There is a cozy kitchen, which is used as the common area (during summer the balcony is also used) for the apartment. Bathroom (for showering) is separate from the toilet. Your roommates will be Camilla and Lena. Camilla is from Italy and works as postdoc at Münster University. Lena is from Germany and works as entrepreneur. Lena lives in Cologne with her boyfriend, so she is only coming to Münster during weekdays and spending around 2 or 3 days at the apartment.
Cleanliness is very important for us, so we have a weekly routine for cleaning.
I also provide a rental contract, which can be used for city registration.
Pets are not allowed.
