3er-WG am Aasee mit Balkon

The apartment is located in the beautiful Aasee district. The Aasee is a 5-minute walk away. The location is therefore perfect if you like to joggle, pick or like to take walks around the lake. But by bike you will also be in the city in about 15 minutes. If you don't make it this far, the Italian Moro is best suited for an aperol in the evening or a delicious pizza right around the corner. For rainy days or the trip to the home, the bus stop Kleihorststraße is right in front of the front door. Shopping, such as Edeka, Netto, Lidl and a pharmacy are easily accessible by bike, but also by bus.

Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Aaseeviertel. Der Aasee ist keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Lage ist also perfekt, wenn du gerne eine Runde um den Aasee joggst, picknickst oder gerne Spaziergänge machst. Aber mit dem Rad ist man auch in ca. 15 Minuten in der Stadt. Wenn du es mal nicht so weit schaffst, ist der Italiener Moro für einen Aperol am Abend oder eine leckere Pizza direkt um die Ecke bestens geeignet. Für regnerische Tage oder die Reise in die Heimat liegt die Bushaltestelle Kleihorststraße direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Edeka, Netto, Lidl und eine Apotheke sind mit dem Fahrrad, aber auch mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen.

And this is us: Klara (24, political sciences in the Master) and Iris (24, psychology in the Master).

Klara is 24 years old and has been in Münster since autumn. So she is happy to meet new places. In her free time, she is jogging around the lake of Aas and loves to be creative, whether with knitting, crochet or watercolor. Klara is always for a coffee break, whether in the WG kitchen, on the sunny balcony or with friends in the café.

Iris has been living in the WG for a year and is a big fan of fries and all that has to do with Korea. She is always looking for the latest events in the city and you can find her regularly with her friends at Pubquizz or in here and now. If you need inspiration, she's the right contact.

In principle, it is important to us not to be a purpose WG and also to spend time with each other. Until now, for example, we had to sit together in the kitchen and chat with coffee & cakes or in the summer with ice on the balcony over the day and everything else. But we are also happy to find together in the bars and clubs of Munich.

Otherwise we regulate our household (such as cleaning plan, finance, shopping list) via our WG app. We already value cleanliness, but are not cleaning freaks:)

Und das sind wir: Klara (24, Politikwissenschaften im Master) und Iris (24, Psychologie im Master).

Klara ist 24 Jahre alt und seit Herbst in Münster. Daher freut sie sich neue Orte kennenzulernen. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie um den Aasee joggen und liebt es sich kreativ auszutoben ob mit stricken, häkeln oder Aquarell malen. Klara ist immer für eine Kaffeepause zu haben, egal ob in der WG-Küche, auf dem sonnigen Balkon oder mit Freund*innen im Café.

Iris wohnt seit einem Jahr in der WG und ist großer Fan von Fritten und alles was mit Korea zu tun hat. Sie ist immer auf der Suche nach den neuesten Events in der Stadt und man findet sie regelmäßig mit ihren Freund*innen beim Pubquizz oder im Hier und Jetzt. Falls du mal Inspiration brauchst, ist sie die richtige Ansprechpartnerin!

Grundsätzlich ist es uns wichtig, keine Zweck-WG zu sein und auch gerne und regelmäßig Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Bis jetzt bestand das bei uns z.B. aus zusammen in der Küche sitzen und bei Kaffee & Kuchen oder im Sommer mit Eis auf dem Balkon über den Tag und alles sonstige quatschen. Aber auch in den Bars und Clubs Münsters sind wir gerne zusammen zu finden.

Ansonsten regeln wir unseren Haushalt (wie Putzplan, Finanzen, Einkaufsliste) über unsere WG-App. Wir legen schon Wert auf Sauberkeit, sind aber keine Putz-Freaks :)

In der Miete von 266€ ist alles enthalten, wie z.B Internet und GEZ Gebühr. Für die Möbel würde ein Abschlag von 120€ anfallen. Zudem kommt ein Abschlag von 170€ für die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung dazu.
