Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß. Auf dem Boden sind alte Holzdielen und das Fenster ist sehr groß. Ich hinterlasse Bett, Stuhl, Kleiderstange, 2 Kommoden, Nachttisch, Regalbrett, und Wandspiegel.

Seitenstrasse von der Wolbecker Straße, wo die Auswahl an Essen nicht zu wünschen übrig lässt. Außerdem sehr nah am Bahnhof, Bremer-Platz-Klientel ist trotzdem selten bis gar nicht anzutreffen. Die Straße ist außerdem eine Einbahnstraße, durch die man mit Auto nur fahren kann, wenn man in die Parallelstraße reinfährt, ansonsten ist für Autos alles zu, was die Straße sehr ruhig macht. Fenster von Schlafzimmer sind aber zum Innenhof und meist ist es eh sehr leise.

Mein Mitbewohner Moritz ist sehr kommunikativ und an einem Zusammenleben über einer Zweck-WG hinaus interessiert. Unser Freundeskreis überschneidet sich und wir haben auch zu zweit immer viel unternommen. Da es nur einer 2er WG ist, kommt es aber auch vor, dass man alleine in der Wohnung ist.

Die eingetragenden Mietkosten sind etwas zu hoch, also da kommt noch etwas Geld runter :)
