The room is not too large with 12sqm, but you get everything well under (see pictures) and through the three windows the room is always very bright. It will be handed over unfurnished, so you can live freely in terms of the design of your room;)
Bathroom and kitchen are, I would say as regards space and equipment, real luxury: we have a large refrigerator, a freezer, dishwasher and the bathroom is also really large with two sinks and bathtub.
Your room of our 3 Wg would be in the 1st floor!
In the EC our nice landlord lives with whom we have a familiar relationship. So we can always address them directly, which is quite practical.
We can also use the beautiful garden and have a small terrace for us. We got a second hand garden couch where you can relax in the summer;)
The Wg is located just outside of Münster, in Send. This must be aware, but the Wg can also be seen as a transition solution to get something later in Münster. (use the emoji 🏡 in your welcome so that we know you have read the info;))
But the connection is really good and you reach the city centre by bus via the highway in 20-25min. Bus stops take 6 or 10 minutes on foot, and from there you drive every quarter of an hour, which is really practical! This is how you get well everywhere in Münster, especially if you have a bike in Münster.
In the evenings and Sundays, they drive hourly and weekends also have night buses!
Generally, sending is a sweet small town. You have everything you need here. Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Edeka, Dm, Pharmacies, Cafes, Restaurants, the Sparkasse, a recommended bicycle workshop, swimming pool, sports field, a park,...
And 5min of us there is a sweet farm café with a farm shop🌞
Walking distance is also the channel where you can walk, jogging or even swimming.
After a very beautiful year in the WG I now move out so that stay in the Wg Larissa and Johanna:
Larissa, 20, lives here since the beginning of August and studies her sociology in Münster. She likes to spend her free time with football and gym, and she likes to crochet.
Johanna, 18, has moved to the WG in September for her apprenticeship course (English and Education). In her spare time she likes to read, she often meets with friends or goes to the one or other celebration.
The Wg life is very pleasant and relaxed. Since all our tribes are playing in Münster, one sees less, but it is still important for us that everyone feels comfortable and homelike. Since everyone has different oysters, one usually meets spontaneously in the kitchen or in the hallway and crawls over everything possible.
We have a cleaning plan that rotates weekly and where everyone is alternately responsible for bathroom, kitchen and floor. If it doesn't work so well because of Unistress, of course, it's not a problem when you talk about it.
The price includes everything! (so also GEZ fees and Wlan)
