The room is about 12sqm, is located towards the backyard, making it nicely quiet. It has three large windows and is equipped with blinds.
Our bathroom is divided into 2 rooms, a shower room and one with toilet, so you don't get in the way.
Our apartment is located in the 1st OG and we have a small elevator in the house. You'll also get a key to the backyard where you can safely park your bike. If you have a car, you can rent a parking space in the courtyard for an additional fee.
The apartment is located directly on Hammer Strasse. A Rewe and the South Park are within 1 minute walk. At the bus stop, which is close, bus lines 1 and 9 alternate every 10 minutes. The bus line 4 can also be reached within a few minutes on foot.
Within 5-10 minutes walk you will find everything you need: pharmacies, other supermarkets, fine food shops, drugstore markets, bakers, restaurants, cafes, etc.
Otherwise everything is easily accessible by bike:)
Thassilo ist 22 und studiert im 4. Semester soziale Arbeit. Zu seinen Hobbys zähle Kunst und Fotografie und er kocht gerne.
Moritz ist 20 und studiert International Business & Management an der FH. Er spielt Basketball, kocht gerne und ist interessiert an allem rund um Musik.
Ich (Aaron) bin 25 und studiere Soziologie im 5. Semester. In meiner Freizeit spiele ich Gitarre und Musik ist generell ein großes Hobby von mir. Im letzten Jahr habe ich angefangen mich mehr für Filme zu begeistern und ab und zu zocke ich auch gerne. Außerdem koche ich gerne, liebe Kaffee, Grün- und Schwarztee und hab ein faible für Zimmerpflanzen.
Ich wohne schon seit 2 Jahren in der WG und Moritz und Thassilo sind im Sommer 2024 eingezogen. Moritz bleibt aber nurnoch bis Juli/August, weil er dann wegen seinem Studium ins Ausland geht. D.h. im Sommer müssen wir zusammen einen neuen Mitbewohni suchen. Zwar ist es manchmal schwierig, dass alle vier mal Zeit für WG Aktivitäten finden, aber dennoch sind wir keine Zweck WG und suchen jemanden der Lust auf ein WG Leben hat. Natürlich kann man aber auch die Türe hinter sich schließen wenn man Ruhe braucht oder lernen muss.
We have a cleaning plan where we rotate weekly. At the specified costs there are 40€ additional costs for electricity, internet and the GEZ fees, as they run over us.
The cellar also has our washing machine.
Your ancestor wants her bed incl. Mattress and wardrobe in the room. There are also a few smaller things, such as the wall shelf, the clothes rack, the cookies, the storage boxes under the bed and the proportion of the relatively new washing machine. Overall, a discount of about 250€ would be due.
