**NUR STUDIERENDE/AUSZUBILDENDE/MENSCHEN, DIE EINEN WBS BEANTRAGEN KÖNNEN**

Hey,
da ich ausziehe/ ausgezogen bin, suche ich suche eine*n Nachmieter*in für mein WG-Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß und dank länglichem Schnitt sehr geräumig. Zwei Wände des Zimmers sind dunkelgrün angestrichen. Es ist noch Farbe für eventuelle Verbesserungen vorhanden. Falls Du eine andere Farbe möchtest, müsstest Du selber neu streichen.

Die WG besteht aus insgesamt 2 Zimmern, einem Bad, einer kleinen Küche, einem Abstellraum, einem Kellerraum und einem Balkon.

Ich lasse das Bett und Regale dort. Was Du damit machst, ist Deine Sache. Ich hätte gerne einen Abschlag von 150€ VB für z.B. Gasgrill, Abstellkammermöbel, Küchegeräte, Balkonmöbel etc. Die du dir mit Lukas teilst.
Die genaue Liste würde ich auf Anfrage rausschicken.

The WG is located in Gievenbeck in a very quiet location. The bus stop is located directly in front of the front door (lines 11&12). By bike to Mensa am Fing it takes approx. 10-12 minutes and downtown approx. 15-20 minutes.

You'd live with Luke (21). He studied social work in Münster and has been living in the WG since July. He is interested in fantasy worlds both in play and on paper and spends a lot of time with friends whether in the kitchen or in bars.
The WG life is quite relaxed. We attach great importance to open and honest communication, since only such a good coexistence is guaranteed.

Small info: If you would and would like to receive a commitment for the room after the visit, you would have to fill out a contact sheet for the apartment company (lasts 10 minutes). If you have a residence permit, you don't need to apply. If not, one must be requested. This can, however, be achieved in a very relaxed manner. If this is too much effort, please send NO request.

I will answer in advance Tuesday/Wednesday. The visits can take place between 19 and 22 December. Please write me an appointment that suits you.
If you want to move in before 15.01., please write it.
