The room is 12sqm, but has a good cut and the high white old walls are larger. In the room there is a bed (1.40m, no mattress), wardrobe, desk, desk chair, curtains and a sink. The rent of 300€ specified in the description is estimated, the exact amount lay the landlords, can also be less. The same applies to the deposit.
It is special that everyone has their own sink in the room, so we do not get in the bathroom.
Important note: There is no washing machine in the apartment and this will not change either. Dishwasher, balcony and bicycle cellar are not available here. Overall the apartment is quite cozy :)
The situation is definitely unbeatable! Depending on what you're studying, you'll only need 5 to 15 minutes to the university by bike, and university sports are 10 minutes by bike. You can walk to the ULB, to the popular old town pubs in the Jüdefelder and the Kreuzstraße. We are surrounded by three rewes that have up to 24 o'clock, but also Edeka, Lidl, Superbiomarkt, dm and Decathlon are good to reach. Only 5 minutes walk you need to go to Gustav Grün, Aro, and to the Araltankstelle where a Rewe to go is there 24 hours for you. Even if we don't have a garden, you can spend a good time out in the summer: Promenade, Schlosspark and Wienburgpark are nearby.
With the bike, everything is going on here. Buses also go well, lines 15 and 16 take you to the main railway station in 10 minutes from Hoyastraße. From the police office/LWL, the ring lines 33 and 34 drive further bus lines, e.g. 1, 5, 9.
Our WG consists of Ria, Florian, Nele and Dominik:
Ria (they) is 22 and studies social work at the Katho in the fifth semester. In her spare time, Ria likes to dance passionately. It is also registered in university sports at Hip-Hop and Vogue. Ria likes to hear music, her favorite artists are Billie Eilish and Harry Styles. Ria has been living in the WG for two years and is called WG-Oma by us (they don't want it, but we do it anyway).
Nele (they) is 21 and studies biology at WWU in the third semester. In addition to her studies, Nele dances in university sports Poledance. Nele has a very green thumb and can always help you when your plants are in need. She also likes to read Fantasy books.
Florian (er/ihn) is currently studying apprenticeship at WWU in English and construction technology in the first semester, but is looking for a dual study in Münster. He plays in his home as a goalkeeper in his football club and has already traveled through half Europe with his camper. Passionately he likes to play board games and is always to have for a game night and knack and back croissants.
Dominik (er/ihn) is 19 and studies biology at WWU in the first semester. He loves music and has a scarf collection. In addition, he likes to do sports in his spare time, at the moment he is mainly jogging. With Dominik you can chill well and hear miese crazy music (Mark Forster).
Our WG life is quite relaxed at the moment, we like to meet in the kitchen to make games evenings, chat and eat (lol). We like to bake for each other and understand each other pretty well. Dominik and Florian want to join a marathon next year maybe you have bock :)
Where is the hook on such a cheap room? As already said, we do not have a washing machine and instead wash in the Eco Express launderette, which is also only 5 minutes away from us. In addition, our landlords live in the apartment next to us, which is why we have to keep a few rules in the house. This includes not celebrating parties, being quiet at night in the stairwell and cleaning the latter every 6 weeks. Bicycles come to the street, there are no parking facilities in the basement, in the yard or in the apartment.
