Since I leave Münster for an internship for 10 months, I'm looking for a rental agent in my room in mid-January.
The room is cut quite square and 16 square meters tall and has a large window with balcony access through which the room is very flooded. You look at a small park with playground (and table tennis).
The apartment borders directly on the Rudolf-Harbig path, known for his very student and young life.
The campus café and the campus-gym are right around the corner, just like the Mensa on the Ring and many faculties of the Uni-Münster and the FH.
The UKM can be reached by bike in 5 minutes.
Your roommates are very sporty, funny and dear people, with whom living together is very relaxed and friendly.
Nevertheless, everyone lives more of his own life and then loses himself with each other in intermediate door and angel talks within the Wg.
These are your roommates:
Stefan is 27 years old, makes an infinite amount of sport and is currently doing a doctorate in sports science. He has a very balanced and relaxed mind and likes to stay with his roommates.
Rieke is 23 years old, studies psychology in the master and is a super friendly and open person who has just arrived in Münster.
Lukas is 28 years old, studies history and sport on teaching staff, turns, runs and drives a lot of racing bike. He's very funny and he's gonna make you laugh. Besides, he is by far the best cook of the Wg.
The apartment has a large living-dining area, two identical bathrooms and two balconies. A balcony borders the living-dining area, so it is accessible to all, the other borders your room and that of Luke.
We have a cleaning plan to be adhered to and attach great importance to a general basic order.
The building has an elevator in the hallway, a bicycle cellar and a large covered bicycle parking space in the backyard.
There is a garage for cars in the building (you need to rent extra) and bus stops right in front of the house.
There are also washing machines and dryers in the cellar, which are used by the whole house and to which a small amount has to be paid for each laundry.
The house was only completed in 2016 and is accordingly in a very well maintained state.
Supermarkets can be reached by bike in a few minutes.
I would like to leave the furniture for the time in the room, of course without content!
