Hello dear WG seekers, as I move out of our beautiful WG as of 15.01.25, my room is therefore free. It attracts another person new to our WG, so you can certainly agree how to shape the future WG life and the WG. The room is small with its 12sqm but fine you have to say, yet you definitely get the most necessary. I lived in the room for 2 years and really liked it :)
Unfortunately, the room does not get too much sun on the day, but completely enough to have some plants on the window bench. In summer it has always been pleasant in the room;)
Otherwise, there is a kitchen in the WG, from where the balcony can also be entered, with which the apartment absolutely captivates. This is beautifully sunny in summer and relatively wind and rain protected for rather unsightly days. There is also a beautiful communal garden, which is used by all but also cultivated together. Your bike will definitely find space in the basement to stop, either in the basement hall or in the basement room you will share with your future cohabitation.
Also in the house is another WG and family/ couples of different ages. Here is actually a very pleasant climate in the house community.
The apartment is located on the Warendorfer Str, shopping facilities (Rewe 2x, Penny and drugstore market) are within walking distance of about 5 minutes from the apartment. The next stop is to be reached in 3 minutes, from where human is well connected with the 2 and the 10 to the city.
Otherwise, the city is easy to reach even in 10 minutes by bike. Here in the vicinity is a small sweet duck, where you can relax super in the beautiful Mauritzviertel. But also to the canal you don't need long from here, this one can be reached in a few minutes, to the Schiller Bridge according to maps only 8 min by bike :)

I am Finn (23) and stay in our beautiful WG. I am currently studying (Landschaftsökologie), but I am finished this semester.
A bit more to me:)
I'm more of the calmer type, but I like to come to others. I like to do sports (even dances I and Bouldere then by the way) and otherwise, if it is not winter, I prefer to go outside. I'm looking for two roommates for an unavoidable coexistence, who have a good feeling for it when someone needs his me time :) Although time alone is definitely very important to me, I am also happy to participate in WG actions. Be it with a tea in the evening to talk together, to cook together or to make games evening. In the latter case, I am happy to participate :)
Cleanliness is also important to me, so if you have a certain basic cleanliness 🧚 ♀️ ♀️
The deposit is transferred from post-renter to pre-renter and is at 690 euros. I also plan to move out to 15.01.25, which is why I would be happy if you would take the room seamlessly. More precisely, we can simply talk if it is so far:)
