Das Zimmer ist mit 12 Quadratmetern zwar klein – aber fein! Aus jahrelanger Erfahrung können wir berichten: Alles passt rein - und Verstaumöglichkeiten im Haus überall gibt es sowieso auch. Im Zimmer steht ein Schrank, den du ablösefrei nutzen könntest, wenn du magst.
Das Zimmer hat ein eigenes Waschbecken und einen schönen Blick in den Garten.
Die obere Etage in unserem Haus teilst du dir mit deinen vier Mitbewohner:innen. Außerdem bietet unser Haus eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und drei Badezimmer.
Zusätzlich lädt unser Party-/Sportkeller zum gesitteten Teetrinken und Schunkeln ein.
Das Herzstück des Hauses ist unser Garten: Er grenzt an ein riesiges Feld und macht uns große Freude – insbesondere wenn man beim Rundlauf an der Tischtennisplatte ein Krönchen bekommt oder vom Trampolin purzelt. Wenn du einen grünen Daumen hast, kannst du dich auch gerne an unserem Gemüsebeet auspowern.
Es gibt übrigens keine Nebenkosten! Wir zahlen einen Festbetrag von 329 Euro für alles (All inclusive). Das einzige was hier hinzukommt sind die GEZ-Kosten, die wir zu gleichen Teilen auf uns 5 aufteilen (18,36€/Monat, also 3,60€ pro Person pro Monat).
