Hello her loved ones,
I leave my beloved WG on 01.03.2025, where I lived for almost 5 years. Franzi and Laura are now looking for a new roommate or a new roommate.
The room is nicely large (about 18 sqm), has high ceilings and is super cut. The room is also very bright due to the two large windows. The room is facing the courtyard, so it is pleasantly quiet here.
We also have a dishwasher and our own washing machine. Ceranfeld and oven have recently been renewed.
I would like to leave some furniture for which you would have to pay me a discount (so later more).
The location is really good, because the apartment is located directly on Weseler Straße, one of the central roads in Münster, so from here you can also drive some bus lines if you don't want to ride by bike. By bus you are at the train station in 10 minutes and by bike you also need about 10 minutes to the city centre and the castle. All the rooms you use (kitchen, bathroom and your room) are facing backwards so you can't get away from the street. In less than 10 minutes walk you can reach the beautiful aase that invites you to jog and walk. In less than 5 minutes by bike you reach Rewe, Edeka and Net, a pharmacy is located right around the corner.
You would live with Franzi (almost 25) and Laura (27). Both are very open and cordial and will welcome you immediately!
Franzi studies pharmacy in the final trains. She's still playing football in her home and isn't there more often on the weekend. Otherwise she likes to take a round about the aasee jogging or makes spinning at university sports. Besides, no concert says no and is generally happy with friends.
Laura has come back to Münster for her legal office and has already studied law here before. Laura also likes jogging, makes yoga and goes to spinning. She loves coffee and enriched our WG with a screen carrier machine and a vacuum robot 😁
Both do not want purpose WG, but are looking forward to one or other chat in the kitchen, a round around the aasee, joint cooking, ...
Nevertheless, both have a lot to do, which is why it is important to them that they can retreat after exhausting days and have time for themselves.
Franzi and I lived together for about 4 years. Laura moved to us in November. I like both great and enjoyed the WG time with them very much. I'm sure you're gonna be great with them.
Order and cleanliness are very important to us - it would be nice if you were going like this too :)
The apartment is rented without kitchen, which is why you would have to pay a discount of 300€ to me for the kitchenette (Ofen, Ceranfeld, Refrigerator, Dishwasher etc.) and washing machine.
Besides, I'd like to leave some stuff in my room you'd have to buy me.

I'm currently with Laura's main tenant. It would be great if you would enter this position and become the main tenant with Laura. The exact rental price is not yet fixed, since currently all contracts (electricity, gas, WLAN etc.) are running over me and you still have to conclude new contracts. It will probably not be more than 400€.
