The main station can be reached in less than 10 minutes by foot and right in front of the front door is a stop (11, 14, R 22, R 32, N 84). The port is also within 10 minutes. Rewe, Netto, Edeka and Aldi are also on foot. The direct location at the Wolbecker is also a cafe, bar, restaurant or a snack never far away. The city centre is also within 20 minutes walk.

Der Hauptbahnhof ist in weniger als 10 Minuten mit Fuß zu erreichen und direkt vor der Haustür ist eine Haltestelle (11, 14, R 22, R 32, N 84). Der Hafen ist auch innerhalb von 10 Min erreichbar. Rewe, Netto, Edeka und Aldi sind auch Fußläufig. Durch die direkte Lage an der Wolbecker ist auch ein Cafe, Bar, Restaurant oder ein Imbiss nie weit weg. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß auch innerhalb von 20 Min zu erreichen.

Living with the apartment: Theresa (I) (22, studied law in the third semester) and still a previously unknown WG member (Castings still running). Through my tight day routine, I am often not in the apartment during the day, but in the university or in the city. However, time is always available for cooking or eating in the apartment. In principle there is interest to do something together, but for me the apartment is primarily a retreat place to get down:) We are not a party-wg that throws Hausis every week, but of course you can still use the WG to drink or celebrate (just not every week:).
Now one more time closer to me:)
I like to cook in the evening and spend my free time either with my nose in a book or in a gym. Otherwise I am always for a cafe date or a game night or a night in the hawerkamp.

Mit in der Wohnung leben: Theresa (Ich) (22, studiert Jura im 3. Semester) und noch ein bisher unbestimmtes WG-Mitglied (Castings laufen noch). Durch meine straffe Tagesroutine, bin ich Tagsüber oft nicht in der Wohnung, sondern in der Uni oder in der Stadt zu finden. Dennoch findet sich regelmäßig immer Zeit sich beim Kochen oder Essen in der Wohnung zu verquatschen. Grundsätzlich besteht Interesse mal gemeinsam etwas zu unternehmen, allerdings ist die Wohnung für mich in erster Linie ein Rückzugsort, um auch mal herunterzukommen:) Wir sind keine Party-Wg die jede Woche Hausis schmeißt, natürlich kann man die WG aber trotzdem mal zum Vorsaufen oder Feiern nutzen (nur halt am besten nicht jede Woche:)).
Jetzt mal noch mal näher zu mir:)
Ich koche gerne Abends und verbringe meine Freizeit entweder mit der Nase in einem Buch oder im Gym. Ansonsten bin ich immer für ein Cafe-Date oder einen Spieleabend oder eine Nacht im Hawerkamp zu haben.

So I'm just looking for someone who wants to drink coffee or cook together, and so on, but it also understands when you get back to your room and spend time there alone in peace. Of course, cleanliness and participation in the "maintenance" of the apartment is also an important factor for me, with this kind of emergency being solved by cleaning plans etc. (so far we can come to a good conclusion even without it).
Otherwise I am open to everything:)

As the current resident felt the entire interior is taken with her when she moves out, I will make some investments soon (including kitchen table, chairs, washing machine, oven, etc.) With regard to these innovations, I plan to share the costs by all the roommates... therefore an indefinite one-off discount will be added to the costs (but don't worry, I'm still Studi on a bargain hunt...)

Ich suche also jemanden der Lust halt mal einfach zusammen Kaffee zu trinken oder zu Kochen, etc. es aber auch versteht, wenn man sich mal in sein Zimmer zurückzieht und dort in Ruhe alleine Zeit verbringt. Natürlich ist Sauberkeit und Beteiligung an der „Instandhaltung“ der Wohnung für mich auch ein wichtiger Faktor, wobei sich sowas ja Notfalls auch durch Putzpläne etc. lösen lässt (bisher kommen wir supi auch ohne klar).
Ansonsten bin ich offen für alles:)

Da die jetzige Bewohnerin gefühlt die gesamte Inneneinrichtung mitnimmt, wenn sie auszieht, werde ich demnächst einige Investitionen tätigen (unter anderem Küchentisch, Stühle, Waschmaschine, Backofen, etc.) Bezüglich dieser Erneuerungen plane ich die Kosten durch alle Mitbewohner zu teilen... daher wird ein noch unbestimmter einmaliger Abschlag zu den Kosten dazu kommen (aber keine Sorge ich bin ja Studi also dauernd auf Schnäppchenjagd...)
